School partnerships with professionals

Maples nursery works closely with outside professionals, such as the Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Educational Psychologist and support workers from Early Start.

They work 1:1 with children aged three and four years, who have been referred and assessed. The professionals provide therapy programmes and reports for children's parents and their key worker, these programmes are used to support the child's individual needs. 

Two year old children who are identified with additional needs are supported via school and support workers from the Local Offer and Early Start.
